CORN DRY MANCHURIAN
Preparation Time :  10 min.     Serves 3.

Ingredients

Sweet Corn Kernels 200 gms. (2 cups)
Ginger, Garlic
(finely chopped)
1 tablespoon
Oil for frying 2 tablespoon
Soya Sauce 3 tablespoon
Spring Onion &
Coriander
(finely chopped)
1 cup
Ajinomoto, Pepper,
Salt to taste
 
PROCEDURE
1. Saute Ginger & Garlic for one minute in oil in a pan.

2. Add Sweet Corn Kernels & sauté for another two minutes.

3. Add Soya Sauce, Ajinomoto, Pepper & Salt, mix them thoroughly, add little quantity of water, if required.

4. Add chopped Spring Onions, Coriander & mix them well.

5. Sauté for some more time. Serve hot.
