Sweet corn is entirely different from ordinary maize. It has been specially developed for fresh consumption and processed cuisines.

It has low starch contents, hence is soft. Also it has fructose sugar and 2% fat only, which makes it trouble free for diabetics, and figure conscious people.

One has to store the frozen Sweet Corn niblets in deep freezer to maintain its flavor. If used in portion, the remaining contents should be removed from the plastic pouch and put it in the freezer, in a bowl or similar vessel. This ensures longer life and better flavor.

Cream Style Sweet Corn, specially made by us, is 100% cream of corn, extracted from imported devices. It has no added contents viz. corn starch (flour), sugar, chemicals, etc.

The soup made from Cream Style Sweet Corn is extremely healthy appetizer.

Sweet Corn blends well with, almost all vegetables, chicken and mutton.

Corn Harvested in a Baby Stage is a Baby Corn.

Baby Corn is crisp, crunchy and sweet in taste.

Don't over cook Baby Corn, in order to maintain it's crispness.

A boiling water bath for just few seconds (20 - 30) is desirable for fresh/frozen Baby Corn Cobs, before use. 

This will make it odour free and will give it a lustrous look.
